It’s no longer news that these are VUCA times. You, as an entrepreneur, operates in a difficult business environment; that is crystal clear!
In this mail, I will share with you what to do to help your business scale these times.
To put things in perspectives, VUCA is an acronym that means:
V = Volatile
U = Uncertain
C = Complex
A = Ambiguous
Let’s pick the “V = Volatile”.
Even a blind man knows that entrepreneurs globally are currently working in volatile business environments. I mean, every day we wake up to new policies that aren’t so friendly to entrepreneurs, different national and international issues put entrepreneurs at a point where planning ahead is difficult. In this kind of situation, what do you do? Vision! Yes! That’s the word.
In a volatile business environment, you need to keep your vision alive while you put in place flexible structures to help your business thrive in these uncertain times. Embrace the constant changes since you have little control over them; don’t live in denial! Keep your vision alive but don’t be rigid about the operation model you adopt per time.
For example, don’t stick to a mode of payment that puts your customers in a tight position all the time; understand the change in the economic system and tilt your payment model to better ease your customers. Now that’s attacking a volatile environment with an unbending vision.

To end this, we had ONE Consult 3.0 over the weekend, and it was an amazing time. The participants had an amazing time with our seasoned consultants.
